Lanre Olusola who is also known as the Catalyst. One of Africa's Life, Emotions and Behavioral Coaches. He has worked with thousands of individuals and lots of organizations in relation to their transitions. He has also used his coaching Academy to offer a wide range of programs and services from psychology to therapy and coaching under the umbrella of the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy(OLCA). The Catalyst has also used Social media, seminars, workshops and his regular radio platform to transform one mind at a time in order to reach out to as many people as required.
