What a holiday. Gov Rochas Okorocha declares 3 weeks public holiday in Imo State

In as much as Nigerians are always looking forward to public holidays,  I do not think they really love it long. I don't know whether to say congratulations to Imo state residents or happy holiday. Well, I'll just say enjoy your holiday. The holiday begins December 19, 2016 and ends Jan 10, 2017
